THE AYURVEDIC ASSESSMENT
An Ayurvedic consultation allows you to define your ayurvedic profile and so your dominant dosha(s) and dominant element(s). This ayurvedic profile, tbe balanced one, is characterized by your physical appearance, metabolism, personality, and mental, psychological, and emotional aspects. The unbalanced one will be identify if any health imbalanced are present.
According to a preventive approach, Ayurveda will allows you to know what lifestyle, diet, yoga postures or psychological attitude to prioritize in order to maintain you in a good state of health throughout your life.. According to a curative approach, Ayurveda will accompany you according to various lifestyle tips to allow you to find a balanced state of health.
During an ayurvedic consultation, a detailed questionnaire, oriented towards your needs, an observation of your physical appearance, of your tongue and of your ayurvedic pulse are precious tools that I use to define your ayurvedic consitution (prakruti) and your imbalances if there are (vikruti).
According to your profile, I will suggest you advice adapted to your needs: food, herbal medicine (Western and/or Indian medicinal plants), body care, physical activities, yoga postures, breath techniques, mantras, incense... This advice will be summarized and sent it to you by email at the end of our meeting.

FOLLOW-UP AYURVEDIC
ven if the first Ayurvedic session allows you to already know your profile and have the necessary tools to maintain yourself in a balanced state of health, it is recommended to carry out an Ayurvedic follow-up in order to feel supported in the implementation of modifications or adjustments. within his way of life.
The frequency of appointments will be adapted and adjusted to your needs. Usually the sessions are spaced 3 weeks apart. Also, an appointment each season allows you to adjust your diet and lifestyle to the internal changes perceived in response to seasonal changes.
?AYURVEDA, WHAT FOR, FOR WHO
You have a doubt if Ayurveda can do something for you? Any imbalance manifested, according to Ayurveda, comes from from a common cause. It is like the image of the branches of a tree which all ramify at the one and same base, the trunk. Thus in Ayurvedic consultation, we seek to define the root cause of the imbalance which very often manifests itself by various symptoms. By identifying the causal dosha responsible of the imbalance, we search for eliminating all the imbalances.

PRACTICAL INFO
The first consultation lasts 1 hour 15 minutes and costs 70 euros. Consultations are carried out either face-to-face or remotely.
The follow-up sessions last 1 hour and costs 50 euros.
