Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is the magical place located in Nosara where the retreat will be hosted. Nestled, in the heart of the vibrant Costa Rican jungle and at a short walk away from the spectacular seeting on the Pacificat Coast, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort is the perfect match to bring you on a journey so that you can receive and connect deeply with the knowledge of Ayurveda. Over eight acres of landscaped gardens with exotic flowers, 100-year-old Guanacaste and Pochote trees, waterfalls and gentle streams bring easily the mind to a meditation and reflection state.
Ayurveda
Ayurveda is the science of life that has been created by the rishis or indian seers. Ayurveda is an holistic medicine and helps every one, as a single and unique identity, to understand its own way of functionning and to keep an healthy state of balance for the long time as possible. Our personal ayurvedic constitution is litteraly our guide to move through our life's journeys. By tuning with our proximal environment, we can fully open to the wisdom that is inherent to our bodies as well as to the sacred nature.
The retreat is specifically designed to help you to implement an ayurvedic lifestyle in your daily life. The personal ayurvedic consultation will help you to understand your own nature and to adjust any components of your lifestyle. The ayurvedic classes will give you the knowledge needed to understand the logic of ayurveda and become independent in your way of living ayurveda. The ayurvedic practices will be a great boost and example how to implement ayurveda lifestyle in your daily habits.
AYURVEDIC RETREAT 2026 IN COSTA RICA
Price : starting at 2800 $ per person (early bird : before 13th april) - 2900 $ as a regular price
What's included :
- 8 days / 7 nights accomodations (see room below)
- all resort taxes and fees
- 1 personal ayurvedic consultation : 1 hour
- 1 ayurvedic theorical and/or practical class per day
- Daily yoga classes (hatha, vinyasa, yin)
- Daily meditation class
- 1 moringa skin care workshop with julio
- 3 organic meals per day, served buffet-style in the open-air restaurant : vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options are possible.
- 1 ayurvedic booklet
what's not included:
- the plane ticket
- the transfer from the airport : I will help coordinate these and try to pair you with other guests when it is possible. Liberia is the closest international airport (2,5 hour drive). Prices from liberia airport range from $45 +tax (shared) to $170 + tax (private). Prices from San José airport range from $65 + tax (shared) to $280 + tax (private). Another possibility is to book a domestic flight on
SANSA airline to fly from Liberia or San Jose to Nosara.

Payment Schedule

Final payment is due 60 days before the retreat start date, on the 13th of april.

If booking within 60 days of the retreat, full payment is required at the time of booking.

More than 10 years ago, I spend one year in an ashram in Denmark, called Ananda Gaorii, and became a yoga teacher. After this transformational experience, I studied ayurveda and became an ayurvedic therapist.
Since 2018, I've been dedicated my life to study ayurveda and offer ayurvedic consultations, massages as well as offering yoga classes, retreats and workshops in europe.
