According to the dinacharya (Ayurvedic routine of life which allows to maintain a good state of health throughout his life), it is indicated to practice a self-massage of the whole body.
During this fall season - linked to Vata - it is highly recommendend to realize it.
The strong wind of recent days increases the likelihood of a Vata imbalance.
If you feel restlessness, anxiety and are prone to forgetfulness, blackouts, lack of concentration, incessant thoughts, loss of bearings or on a physical appearance prone to skin dryness, dry eyes, constipation, gas, insomnia, tinnitus, heart palpitations, muscle spasms, tremors or generally physical weakness ... it is probably that Vata - Air element - is in imbalance therefore in excess in you.
Do not panic !
==> practice the self-massage every morning with sesame oil heated from head to toe. Wait a few minutes then take a hot shower and use soap to remove excess oil.
》 For insomnia problems: massage in the evening 1 hour before going to bed and take a shower before going to sleep.
》 For Pitta people (excessively hot and therefore oily and hot skin): use coconut oil.
》 For Kapha people (excess water therefore oily and fresh skin): use mustard seed oil.
